ABOUT

For me, art and design are different expressions of the same way of seeing. Both are rooted in a lifelong fascination with natural materials and in a belief that simplicity allows what truly matters to emerge. I have always been drawn to the quiet power of restraint, to the idea that less can reveal more, and to creating spaces and objects that offer a sense of calm in an increasingly noisy and overstimulated world.

For more than two decades, I have designed residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces in Israel and abroad. Years of living overseas, extensive travel, and a deep appreciation for Japanese and Scandinavian design philosophies have shaped a visual language defined by honesty, restraint, and timelessness. I have always believed that a home should be a refuge, a place where simplicity quiets the mind and allows us to reconnect with ourselves.

My artistic practice grew naturally from the same foundation, while giving me the freedom to ask different questions. Working with wood, stone, iron, textiles, acrylic, and found natural materials, I am drawn to the quiet dialogue between material, light, time, and human experience. Rather than beginning with an idea to illustrate, I begin with curiosity, allowing each material and process to reveal its own possibilities.

I see both art and design as acts of careful observation. Whether creating a living space or a work of art, I seek to remove rather than add, believing that clarity often emerges through restraint and that the smallest gesture can have the greatest emotional presence.

Born and raised in Israel, I hold a Bachelor of Industrial Design (B.I.D.) with Highest Honors from Pratt Institute in New York and a Master of Arts from Lesley University Israel.
